- 1 c zucchini, peeled and frozen (or use cauliflower)
- 1 serving Probiotic Vanilla Digestive Support Protein by Nuzest
- 1 c homemade cashew milk
- 2 vanilla bean coconut cookies
- Optional toppings: vegan chocolate and cashew butter
