Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 Cup Frozen zucchini (peeled)
- 1 Pear (whole large)
- 2/3 Cup Coconut yogurt or Greek yoghurt
- 2.5 Cups Ice cold coconut water
- 3 Scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Rich Chocolate Protein
- 2 Scoops Nuzest Good Green Vitality
- 2-3 tbsp Hempseeds or sesame seeds
Method:
To your high speed blender, add all the ingredient. Blend until a smooth creamy consistency.
