Ingredients:
65g Melted coconut oil
1 Scoop Nuzest Good Green Vitality
2 tbsp cacao nibs
3 tbsp hempseeds
1 tbsp manuka honey (avoid if following keto diet)
1 tbsp Nuzest Clean Lean Vanilla Protein
Method:
To a mixing bowl, add all the ingredient. Once well combined, pour the mixture into your silicone moulds.
Allow the mixture to set in the freezer for 10-15min to set. Once set, enjoy. Keep the rest in a airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
