3/4 cup almond milk (or milk alternative)
1 scoop Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1 cup garbanzo beans, drained
2 bananas
6 pitted dates
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Desired toppings to layer (shown with banana, cookie crumbles, and date sugar)
