Ingredients
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE:
- 3 coconut cream ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups macadamia nut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 serving Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein or Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff by Nuzest
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
- 1 tsp macadamia nut butter
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 peeled zucchini, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 medjool daates
- 4 ice cubes
CREAMY CHIA PORRIDGE:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup macadamia nut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
- 1 tbsp hempseed or macadamia butter
This Grain Free Crispy Cereal Smoothie with Chia Pudding courtesy of @charissa_and_co_wellness, has two parts. A strawberry toasted cereal smoothie with a light strawberry chia porridge on the side. A little business in the front and ALLLL party in the back!
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass, then sprinkle some toasted coconut flakes, fresh strawberries, and a teaspoon of chia porridge.
- Mix the creamy chia porridge ingredients and keep aside for 10-15 minutes, or overnight.
- Enjoy on the side of the smoothie with a little toasted coconut layer, accompanied by some fresh strawberries.
