A delicious, low-carb, high-protein breakfast hash brown that’s Keto, Paleo and potato-free!
Method
Steam or microwave your bag of cauli-rice. Transfer rice into a bowl (no need to strain) and add egg and salt / seasonings to taste. Mix that together then stir in Plant Protein Bake powder. Form into desired shape and shallow fry in coconut or avocado oil on both sides until desired crispiness is achieved.
