Method
Mix all ingredients and pour into either 1 large, or 2 small, lined pan/s (you can also use cupcake tins). Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour. If using cupcake tins the baking time will be less and will vary. Please adjust to suit your oven. If using one large pan you may need to bake longer.
