The Importance of Post-Workout Nutrition
First, a return to the basics: when thinking about post-workout, common questions that come up include, what will happen if you go to the gym but don't eat enough after? And, why is it important to eat after a workout? The answer is a fairly simple one—your future workout sessions won’t be as effective otherwise. Myths about Post-Workout Protein and Recovery
