Peanut Butter Cookie Shake Smoothie

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE SHAKE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk⁠
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter ⁠
  • 1 serving Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract⁠
  • 1 cup crushed ice⁠
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or another sweetener of your choice
  • Optional topping: vegan peanut butter cups


Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. ⁠

2. Top with vegan peanut butter cups and enjoy!⁠

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

Method

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed crunchy peanut butter

  • Dash of water or plant-based milk of your choice

Method

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup cauliflower, steamed and frozen
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger + nutmeg
  • 1/2 serving Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
  • 1 scoop collagen powder of your choice (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • Cacao nibs


Method

  1. Blend banana, steamed cauliflower, canned pumpkin, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, Clean Lean Protein, collagen, and cacao nibs.
  2. Layer your smoothie: Pumpkin, yogurt, smoothie.
  3. Top with mixed nut butter and cacao nibs.

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 tsp monk fruit granules
  • 1 cup plant-based milk of your choice


Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with something salty, crunchy, or just plain delicious!
Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

  • 1 medium banana, frozen

Method

  1. Blend the first four ingredients together, along with one of the cookies.

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach

  • 1 scoop vanilla multi-collagen
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (steam + refreeze for better digestion)
  • 1/2 a small frozen banana (for a little sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter


Method

  1. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
